The Restaurant Botin Experience; a guided tour of the restaurant, its history, its art and its anecdotes. Following the tour, we will serve you a variety of dishes, The Classics of Botín, including the house specialty, suckling pig, cooked in the original ovens dating back to 1725. Delicious alternatives are served to our vegetarian guests. When it is time for you to leave, we also have a special gift for you to take away to keep as a reminder of your time with us. Situated in the medieval Austrias area of Madrid, the restaurant was founded by Frenchman Jean Botín in 1725 and has been in the González family for four generations. The restaurant has been visited by people from all over the world; royalty, politicians, writers and Hollywood stars.
